We are committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and fair bowling experience. By using our facilities, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

Booking and Cancellations:
- Online Reservations must be made 2 hours in advance and are subject to lane availability.
- Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time to receive a full refund. Cancellations must be communicated via email to info@candlepin.com.
- Late cancellations, less than 24 hours before the reservation, may be assessed a late cancellation fee = 50% of your reservation amount.
Usage Policy:
- The use of any powder on the lanes is strictly prohibited to ensure the safety and maintenance of our bowling surfaces.
- All guests must conduct themselves appropriately and follow staff instructions for safe bowling practices.
- Only bowling shoes are permitted on the lanes. Personal shoes are not allowed.
Prohibited Actions:
- No outside food or beverages are allowed, except for pre-approved items such as birthday cakes.
- Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, is not permitted inside the premises.
- Disruptive behavior or any form of abuse towards staff or other guests will result in immediate removal from the facility.
- No food or beverages are allowed in the scoring area.
Food and Beverage:
- All food and beverages must be purchased from our facility on the day of your visit. Alcoholic beverages are available to guests of legal drinking age and must be consumed onsite and responsibly.
Damage and Liability:
- Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the facility or equipment during their visit.
- Webster Timber Lanes is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged on our premises.
Payment:
- Full payment is required at the time of booking. All sales are final and non-refundable except as noted in the cancellation policy.
Miscellaneous:
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who fails to comply with our terms or disrupts the enjoyment of our facilities for other guests.
- Promotions or discounts must be mentioned at the time of purchase and are subject to blackout dates and availability.
